.DISCUSSION...Day will start off with some patchy fog and low
stratus around Lake Marion, along with some light drizzle or
sprinkles just off to your east coming inland off coastal plain.
Any fog should be burning off by 9 am, however cloud cover along
with a small percentage of seeing light sprinkles will remain
through about 11 am before beginning to thin out and become more
scattered.  As for winds, the general wind direction once better
mixing begins is expected to be easterly around 5 mph.  Some gusts
up to 10 mph possible through the afternoon.  Patchy fog will once
again be found late tonight.
