Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
559 PM EST Wed Dec 3 2025

An arctic cold front will bring lake and terrain enhanced snow
showers primarily across the western and northern portions of the
Commonwealth late tonight into Thursday. A few stronger squalls
are possible north of US-6. Temperatures will fall in the wake of
a cold front Thursday afternoon accompanied by a brisk northwest
wind. Low temperatures on Thursday night will drop into the
single digits and low teens, which is near record cold across
Pennsylvania.

A storm system passing to the south of Pennsylvania could bring
some light snow to the far southern edge of Pennsylvania later
Friday into Friday night. Otherwise, below normal temperatures
and mainly dry weather will continue through the weekend and into
next week.
