A cold front just south and east of the south shoreline of Lake
Erie late this afternoon will continue to sag to the south and
east overnight.

Patchy light snow will be across the northern and western sections
of the Keystone state early tonight. Most locations across the
northwest will see less than an inch of snow, but areas along the
Lake Erie shoreline could receive 1 to 2 inches of snow.

Aside from the snow across the northwest, skies will be partly to
mostly cloudy elsewhere. low temperatures by Monday morning will
range from the single digits across the northwest, to the lower
20s across the south.

Monday will be cold and dry with high temperatures generally below
the freezing mark in the 20 to 30 degree range. Expect bitterly
cold to frigid temperatures Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Low temperatures will range from near zero across the northwest,
to the lower to mid teens across the south.

Snow is forecast across northern and western sections of the
Keystone state late Tuesday night into early Wednesday afternoon.
A brief thaw is forecast on Wednesday with high temperatures in
the mid 30s to mid 40s. This brief warm up will likely result in
a precipitation type transition to a rain snow mix or plain rain
Wednesday afternoon. Windy conditions are possible Wednesday and
again on Saturday.

A resurgence of continental polar to arctic air is projected
for the later part of the week into the upcoming weekend with an
elevated risk of snow.
