to frigid temperatures early this morning that ranged from the

inch in a few spots.

Highs this afternoon will range from the mid to upper 20s across
the north, to the lower to mid 30s across Southern and Western PA.

A potent upper level disturbance and strengthening winds aloft

precipitation that could change to, or end as a brief period of
freezing rain then rain Wednesday morning.
