.DISCUSSION...

A few higher clouds at times today, otherwise mostly sunny. Min RH
isn`t expected to be quite as low as yesterday, but it is expected
to fall below 40 percent. There is some uncertainty about how low
it could fall, with a ~20% chance that min RH could fall to
around or just below 30 percent. Light and variable winds through
noon, but generally south to southwesterly at less than 5 mph. A
wind shift is expected this afternoon that may be somewhat abrupt
around 4 to 6 PM from southerly to easterly. A low-level inversion
is only expected to mix out to around 1 to 2 kft this afternoon,
resulting in poor to fair smoke dispersal conditions.

Tonight, light east winds continue with no rain expected. A bit
breezy on Tuesday with easterly winds continuing. An inversion in
place should keep smoke dispersal conditions poor to fair.
