...MIXED RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING
COMMUTE...

WEATHER...

 * Snow diminishes intensity along and north of the M-59 corridor
   while becoming mixed with rain at times. A mix of rain and
   snow showers continues across metro Detroit to all rain toward
   the Ohio border.

 * Additional snow accumulation of around 1 inch occurs along and
   north of the M-59 corridor during the 5 AM to 8 AM time period.
   Little to no accumulation south of I-96/696.

IMPACTS...

 * Untreated roads are mainly wet toward the Ohio border ranging
   to snow covered north of M-59, particularly on bridges, exit
   ramps and overpasses.
