...Thunderstorms will impact portions of Linn, Buchanan, Delaware,
northeastern Iowa, eastern Benton, western Dubuque, northwestern
Cedar, Jones and northern Johnson Counties through MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1110 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms along a line
extending from near Strawberry Point to near Ryan to Marengo.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cedar Rapids, Independence, Anamosa, Vinton, Manchester,
Mechanicsville, Marion, Hiawatha, Mount Vernon, Dyersville,
Monticello, Robins, Center Point, Cascade, Lisbon, Fairfax, Epworth,
Ely, Atkins, and Farley.

This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 12 and 48.
