...Slow-moving thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Keokuk
and southern Iowa Counties through 745 PM CDT...

At 700 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking slow-moving thunderstorms
along a line extending from near Keswick to North English. Movement
was north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Williamsburg, North English, What Cheer, Keswick, South English,
Parnell, Millersburg, Kinross, Webster, Thornburg, Gibson, Lake Iowa
Park, and Keokuk County Fairgrounds.

This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 208 and 223.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
