  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 9.5 feet this morning. It
    will then fall to 8.1 feet late this afternoon. It will rise
    to 8.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall
    again and remain below flood stage.
