...AREAS OF FOG WEST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY...

Areas of fog occasionally reducing visibility to around one-
quarter mile have developed west of the Red River Valley this
morning. Travelers should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating
visibility, and to use extra caution at intersections, railroad
crossings, and school bus stops.
