The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Ash Creek and Agua Fria River in...
  Yavapai County in west central Arizona...

* Until 830 PM MST.

* At 626 PM MST, the public and stream gauges reported flash
  flooding in Ash Creek and the Agua Fria River east of Cordes Lakes
  and Bumble Bee. Spotters near the confluence of Ash Creek and the
  Agua Fria River reported rises of 6 to 8 feet. This flood wave
  will continue southward through the Agua Fria River this evening.
  Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Public and stream gauges reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets
           and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Agua Fria National Monument, Cordes Lakes and Dugas.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
  Larry Creek, Ash Creek, Indian Creek, Dry Creek, Badger Spring
  Wash, Little Ash Creek, Bishop Creek, Silver Creek, Agua Fria
  River, Little Sycamore Creek, Sycamore Creek, Tank Creek and
  Antelope Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will
become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could
become flooded as well.
