Regional Weather Summary

This is the regional weather summary for the eastern two-thirds
of Montana, southern Saskatchewan, and western North Dakota.

Showers and thunderstorms associated with a cold front sweeping
through the area early tonight will move east through western
North Dakota. Some of these storms will likely be severe and heavy
rain is possible in some areas too. Clearing over central Montana
this evening will gradually move east overnight. Lows will will be
in the 40s to lower 50s.

Strong winds behind the thunderstorms this evening will ramp up
Sunday and gust in the 40s mainly near the Canadian border.
Otherwise, clouds will gradually increase with scattered showers
developing over southern and central Montana. Highs will range
from near 60 over central Montana to the mid 70s over southern
Montana.

A more widespread rain with thunderstorms will move in Monday.
Highs will range from the 50s west to the upper 60s east.
