For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
The heavy rains will taper off today, but flooding concerns continue across
the southern face of the San Juan Mountains where Flood Watches remain in
effect as does an Areal Flood Warning near Vallecito and a Flood Warning
for the San Juan River at Pagosa Springs due to the heavy runoff from the
past few days with yet another half inch to inch of rain possible. Current
flood highlights run through midnight tonight, but there is a chance the
rain may gasp one last breath tomorrow before giving up. Look for drier,
but cooler weather Thursday through the weekend.
