synopsis
A weather system will bring mountain snow and valley rain to the area
through Monday evening. Hazardous travel conditions are possible over
mountain passes, especially as rain transitions to snow.  Winter Weather
Advisories have been issued for the San Juans, Grand Mesa, Flat Tops and
northern mountains.
