...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT /MIDNIGHT MDT/
WEDNESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Kansas, including
  the following counties, in northwest Kansas, Graham, Sheridan and
  Thomas. In west central Kansas, Gove, Greeley, Logan, Wallace and
  Wichita.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT  /midnight MDT/ Wednesday through Wednesday
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Numerous thunderstorms are expected to develop late tonight
    across the watch area, some of which will contain heavy
    rainfall. Generally, 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is currently
    expected with local amounts up to 3 inches. This may result
    in flash flooding.
