This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska and
northwest Kansas.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Patchy to locally dense fog may form around sunrise and linger until
10 AM CT. The fog is forecast to remain northeast of a line from
Stratton, Nebraska to Hoxie, Kansas. Travel during the morning
commute may become more difficult.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

Saturday, most of the area could see wind gusts up around 50 MPH
leading to blowing dust and elevated fire weather conditions. Travel
may become hazardous and fires may grow out of control.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Active weather across portions of the Tri-State Area is anticipated.
Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
