Additional accumulations of 1 to 4 inches are expected, with the highest amounts over east-central WI. Snow will wrap up across the entire region by mid morning. North winds gusting to 30 to 35 mph this morning will combine with the freshly fallen snow to result in patchy blowing and drifting snow in open areas, especially from the Fox Valley to the lakeshore. If traveling this morning, allow extra time as many roads may still be snow covered. Untreated east-to-west oriented secondary roads along with open areas susceptible to drifting snow will especially be a concern this morning. Locations that receive heavy snow in central and east central Wisconsin could also experience sporadic tree damage and power outages, especially as winds increase this morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Wind chills could drop to 10 below to 30 below zero Friday night into Saturday morning, and again Saturday night into Sunday morning.
