Wind chill readings late tonight should fall to 10 below to 20 below zero, which could lead to frost bite in 30 minutes. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Hazardous wind chills of 10 below to 20 below zero are expected Thursday morning. The record or near record cold will continue Thursday afternoon with highs only 8 to 14 degrees, which may result in a few locations setting a record low maximum for December 4th.
