Lower amounts are expected farther south. A potent clipper system is likely to bring 3 to 6 inches of snow and hazardous travel conditions to the area later Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning. There is still some uncertainty on where the heaviest snow will occur. Wind chills could drop to 10 below to 25 below zero Friday night into Saturday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
