Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
333 AM CDT Tue Jun 18 2024

Skis have cleared across much of the region overnight. Wind winds
becoming calm few areas of patchy fog have developed, mainly
across portions of northern WI. As of 3am temperatures were
ranging from the middle 60s in northern and central WI to the
lower 70s in the Fox Valley.

A hot and muggy day is in store across the area. Highest heat
index values in the middle 90s are expected this afternoon across
central WI and the Fox Valley. Southerly winds are also expected
to increase today with gust reaching 25-35 mph this afternoon. If
you are heading to the beach today to beat the heat be careful of
potential rip currents as the stronger southerly winds will drive
up wave heights.

There is a chance for thunderstorms across northern WI late this
afternoon and evening as a cold front moves across the region. The
the front moves east the chance for showers and storms will
increase across the rest of the region tonight.
