Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1010 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.7 inches of rain have fallen. - Ponding and nuisance flooding is imminent in portions of Polk County between Green Creek and Mill Spring. A few roadways that may be affected include Golf Course Road, Little Mountain Road, and Bill Collins Road. Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall have already occurred, and additional heavy rainfall appears poised to affect the area within the next 30 to 45 minutes. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
