This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, Piedmont
North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Isolated thunderstorms are expected to develop across the Piedmont
of South Carolina and northeast Georgia, into the Charlotte metro
area late afternoon through the evening. There is a marginal risk of
a severe storm or two producing hail up to 1-inch diameter, damaging
wind gusts, and an isolated tornado can`t be ruled out.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Snow showers will develop along the immediate Tennessee Border Sunday
evening and linger through Monday night. 1-3" of snow is possible,
especially above 3500`. 4-6" is possible in the higher elevations of
the Smokies, with up to 10" possible in the highest peaks of the
Smokies. Snow could be heavy at times.

Winds will pick up out of the northwest on Sunday night as gusts of
35-45 mph are possible, especially at elevations above 3500`. Wind
gusts remain elevated through Monday and Monday night.
