Dry conditions will continue to persist through out the week with
temperatures rising to above season averages across the Sierra
Nevada and Kern County desert. In the San Joaquin Valley,
stratus and fog will continue to develop and persist for the
next few days with some breaks during the afternoon. Winds will
remain generally light and terrain driven. Good humidity recovery
expected during the period.
