High temperatures in the 30s and 40s were observed across a majority
of the Central Plains today as quiet weather dominated the scene
over the region. Gusty winds were noted across Nebraska, but the
rest of the area saw light winds under partly to mostly cloudy
skies.

Lows will drop into the teens and 20s tonight from South Dakota to
Oklahoma under partly cloudy conditions. Light winds are
anticipated to prevail through the overnight hours as quiet
weather continues over Middle America.

Light winds are once again forecast across a majority of the
region on Friday as a surface trough traverses the area. Most
areas will see highs in the 40s and 50s alongside quiet weather
and partly to mostly cloudy skies.
