Cool and cloudy conditions prevailed across the state today.
Afternoon highs ranged widely with highs remaining in the 40s
across western and northern Kansas with highs reaching into the
lower 70s in far southeast Kansas. A few showers dotted the
northern half of the state.

Tonight, we will see gradual clearing of clouds from west to east.
Overnight lows will dip into the 30s for most with those in the
southeast corner of the state lingering in the 40s. Winds will
remain light out of the north and west.

On Saturday, mostly clear conditions are expected with a few
clouds lingering in the east. Afternoon highs will warm into the
lower 60s for most across the area. Light westerly to
southwesterly winds are expected.
