A few spotty showers affected eastern Kansas overnight. Dry weather
prevailed elsewhere across the state, with predawn temperatures in
the 60s and low 70s, although 50s were noted over western Kansas.

Isolated hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms will impact the
region today. While most locations will remain storm-free, the
strongest activity this afternoon and evening will be capable of
small hail, gusty winds, and locally heavy rain. Forecast high
temperatures are in the 80s to low 90s. Forecast lows tonight are
mostly in the 60s.
