Mostly clear skies and cold temperatures were in place across
central and southeast Kansas overnight. Early morning readings
were generally in the low 20s.

A weak upper level disturbance will move into the Plains today and
will bring an increase in high and mid level clouds. However,
precipitation is not expected today or tonight. Highs today are
expected to range from around 50 over most of Oklahoma and
southern Kansas, to the 30s across Iowa and eastern Nebraska.
Overnight lows are forecast to range from the around 20 over most
of Nebraska to the low 30s across eastern Oklahoma.
