Seasonal temperatures and scattered high clouds were in place
across central and eastern Kansas overnight. Early morning
readings were generally in the 30 to 35 degree range across the
area.

The main weather story today will be unseasonably warm
temperatures across most of the Plains. Afternoon highs are
expected to climb into the upper 60s to around 70 degrees across
western Kansas, southwest Nebraska and western Oklahoma.
Meanwhile, highs in Iowa today will only make it to the 30s. Mild
temperatures will remain in place tonight across most of the
Plains, with lows only falling into the 40s across Oklahoma with
upper 20s forecast for much of Nebraska.
