Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Wichita KS
451 PM CST Wed Dec 10 2025

The stretch of dry weather continues across much of the Heartland.
A weak upper level disturbance is contributing to increase cloud
cover and light precipitation across the northern High Plains.
This cloud cover will continue to spill across Kansas this evening
and overnight. Temperatures range from the upper 30s across
northeast Kansas to the lower 50s across southwest Kansas. Aside
from the aforementioned cloud cover, quiet conditions are
expected overnight with lows ranging from the upper 20s across
northeast Kansas to the middle 30s across central and western
Kansas.

Unseasonably warm conditions are expected for Thursday as highs
surge through the 60s and near 70s, especially for central and
western Kansas. Record high temperatures may be in jeopardy.
