Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Raccoon Creek near Granville.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water encroaches on storage buildings near
  the Granville Water Plant.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early this morning to a crest of 13.5 feet early this
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage this morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
