...Preliminary Storm Survey Results from Thursday`s Storms...

The National Weather Service office in Lincoln conducted a storm
survey today across McLean and Ford Counties. The survey is in
relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area
on June 13 2024.

A final assessment including results of the survey are expected
to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information
Statement by this weekend. Embedded within a large area of wind
damage caused by 60 to 90 mph wind gusts, there were 3 EF-1
tornadoes with a peak wind speed around 110 mph.
