  extending from 29 nm northeast of Wilmette Harbor to Indiana
  Harbor, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
