...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

A pocket of dense fog with visibilities less than one quarter of a
mile is being reported this morning across southern Putnam County.
This fog is drifting southwest and may affect the far eastern
portions of Van Wert and the northern portions of Allen County
Ohio through 10 AM EDT this morning. Visibilities are expected to
gradually improve with this area of fog after 10 AM EDT. If
travelling be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities.
