MORGAN...AND BATH COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A snow squall accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH which
can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1047 PM EST, a snow squall was over
Clearfield, or over Morehead moving southeast at 25 MPH.

THIS SQUALL WILL BE NEAR...
  Leisure, Elliottville, and Fannin Valley around 1055 PM EST.
  Zag, Yocum, and Little Sandy around 1105 PM EST.
  West Liberty, Lenox, and Elkfork around 1115 PM EST.

THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers
135 and 143.
