...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL FLEMING AND NORTH
CENTRAL ROWAN COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM EDT...

At 852 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Plummers Landing, or 8 miles northwest of Morehead, moving north at
25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cranston, Plummers Landing, Muses Mills, and Waltz.

THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky near mile marker 143.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
