Through 1100 pm, a number of lines of showers will track west to
northwestward at 25 to 30 mph, through the near and offshore waters
of the Middle and Upper Keys, as well as, the distant Florida Straits
south of the Dry Tortugas and Rebecca Shoal. The stronger activity
will produce wind gusts near 30 mph, and reduced visibility in heavy
rain. Island locations from Marathon through Islamorada will be most
likely to be affected by these passing showers and a quick one
quarter to one third of an inch of rain.
