.DISCUSSION...

Strong southeasterly winds gusting up to 30 mph will persist into
the evening hours. Winds will gradually veer to more southerly by
6-7pm CDT. Monitoring the potential for thunderstorms to move in
from the west-southwest around late afternoon and early evening.
Should this threat materialize, severe weather with large hail,
damaging winds, and frequent cloud to ground lightning can be
expected.

Early Tuesday morning, a wind shift is expected arrive with a
transition to more southwesterly then northwesterly winds. Gusts
through midday Tuesday will again climb to around 25 to 30 mph.
Overnight lows will fall into the middle to upper 60s with limited
humidity recovery in the 60 to 75 percent range. Cooler
temperatures are expected Tuesday afternoon with highs in the
upper 70s and afternoon humidity minimums around 35 percent.

                    the evening.

Wind (20 ft)........Windy. South winds 25 to 32 mph with gusts to
                    around 43 mph shifting to the southwest around
                    25 mph early in the morning. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms early in the
                    evening.
Eye level winds.....Windy. South winds 15 to 19 mph with gusts to
                    around 26 mph shifting to the southwest around
                    15 mph early in the morning.
LAL.................3 decreasing to 2 early in the evening, then
                    decreasing to 1 in the late evening and
                    overnight.
