It was a warm and overcast day for western and north central
Nebraska today. High temperatures ranged from the upper 70s to mid
80s for most locations, while portions of far southwest Nebraska
reached near 90 degrees.

Tonight, isolated storms have developed and are moving through the
eastern Panhandle and southwest Nebraska and will continue to move
northeast through the central Sandhills and southwest Nebraska
overnight. Strong winds appear to be the main threat and locally
heavy rainfall is probable.
