Offshore flow is expected across the area, with northeasterly winds
peaking in strength early Thursday morning. Local eddies due to
strong northeast ridgetop winds may develop southerly winds at times
during mid-day. Moderate humidity will drop each day through
Friday, with a moderate at best overnight recovery Thursday night.
