.DISCUSSION...

Upper level high pressure will continue to make its presence felt
across the region, albeit weaken some Thursday and especially
Friday. Offshore flow will continue to help nudge those overnight
low temperatures up overnight and keep RH`s relatively dry,
especially overnight. Lower confidence in minimum temperatures, as
areas with any offshore wind influences may be 10 degrees warmer
than wind sheltered ares nearby. Low confidence in RH`s. Most
vulnerable wind areas may reach minimum RH values down to 20-25
percent Friday afternoon. Good confidence that winds will weaken
quite a bit Friday afternoon, with a 30% chance winds turn weakly
onshore for periods of time in the afternoon through early evening
hours.

No rain expected over at least the next
week.
