This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Chances for thunderstorms return tonight across portions of
southwestern and southern Arkansas. A strong storm or two is
possible mainly across southwest Arkansas with strong gusty winds
and locally heavy rain. The threat for organized severe weather
is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected through the
weekend as a slow moving system moves through. Rainfall totals
will range from three to five inches for most of the state with
the highest amounts over the southwest. Localized flooding can not
be discounted especially Thursday afternoon and Friday night.

Strong thunderstorms will be possible in the Thursday afternoon
and evening time frame with some gusty winds possible. Widespread
severe weather is not expected.
