.DISCUSSION...

Scattered rain chances will be confined to areas along and north
of the I-40 corridor on Tuesday. Thereafter, strong upper level
high pressure will build into the region. Expect hot and dry conditions
to persist Wednesday through at least Saturday. Wet conditions will to
return early next week as high pressure weakens over the region.
