...PATCHY BLACK ICE DURING THIS MORNING`S COMMUTE...

Wet roadways and subfreezing temperatures cover a large portion of
the Mid-South early this morning. Roads that appear wet may
actually be icy while temperatures are at or below freezing. Use
extra caution while driving and be prepared for slick spots. Be
especially cautious when traveling on bridges, overpasses, and off
ramps, where patches of black ice tend to form.
