At 351 PM CDT, a ship and area buoys reported a front with a wind
shift from the northwest to the northeast around 10-15 knots with
gusts to 25 knots. This front was located along a line extending
from 9 nm northwest of Oostburg to Cedar Grove to near Port
Washington, moving southwest at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
