Rain chances increase gradually through midweek, along with a
chance for isolated lightning storms. Breezy east winds are
forecast through at least Thursday, gusting as high as 30 to 35
mph at times, especially at the coast. No Min RH concerns exist
through late week. Limited fire sensitive conditions may develop
due to gusty winds and very good to excellent dispersion.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or existing
fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
