...AREAS OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Areas of locally dense fog will affect much of central to south-
central Minnesota this morning. Visibilities of one half to one
quarter mile have already been observed. The fog should continue
for the next few hours before burning off by late morning,
improving visibility. If traveling in fog, reduce your speed and
use low-beam headlights.
