FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
National Weather Service Marquette MI
327 AM EDT Mon May 27 2024

...FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS NOT EXPECTED TODAY...

.DISCUSSION: Lingering dry air has, so far, limited rainfall
coverage overnight to the southern and eastern portions of Upper
Michigan. As the low pressure continues to lift northeast through
the morning and today, expect rain to spread over the remainder of
eastern Upper Michigan. In the west, dry conditions should
prevail. Minimum RH in the west should remain above 50%.

Another weak disturbance moves into the west late tonight and
will support another round of showers Tuesday. Ridging and dry air
build in Tuesday night, lingering through the work week.
