Additionally, light snow accumulations between 1-4 inches are expected across higher elevations of southwest Virginia and East Tennessee. Locally higher totals between 4-7 inches will be possible in the highest peaks 5000ft or higher. Some light snow in lower elevation areas north of the Knoxville metro area will be possible too, but confidence in accumulating snow more than a dusting on grassy surface is very low at this point. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
