This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Much colder temperatures are expected early next week, with
temperatures nearly 20 degrees below normal on Monday especially.

Additionally, light snow accumulations between 1-4 inches are
expected across higher elevations of southwest Virginia and East
Tennessee. Locally higher totals between 4-7 inches will be
possible in the highest peaks 5000ft or higher. Some light snow
in lower elevation areas north of the Knoxville metro area will be
possible too, but confidence in accumulating snow more than a
dusting on grassy surface is very low at this point.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not needed at this time.
