.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist just S and SE of
the waters through Thu. A cold front will move S over the region
Thu night into Fri, then weaken and stall along 40N Fri night.
The front will return N as a warm front Sat into Sat night,
lifting N of the waters early Sun. The next cold front will
approach from the NW later Sun night.
