.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening low pressure will move slowly NE over
the outer waters early today while pulling a cold front across
the area, then move NE of the waters later today and tonight as
the front passes E of the region. Another cold front will move SE
across the waters today and tonight, then move S of the area Sun.
High pressure will build SE across the N and central waters Sun
into Mon, then move to the E of the region Mon night through Wed
night while maintaining a ridge over the N portion.
