.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough over the
waters will weaken tonight as high pressure builds W of the area.
High pressure will continue to build across the region Sun
through Mon, then slowly weaken Mon night through Wed night as a
trough approaches the waters from the W. The trough will
dissipate Thu into Thu night as high pressure rebuilds W of the
area.
