.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast tonight through Fri night. A
weakening cold front will dissipate across the southern
California waters early tonight. High pressure across the far NW
portion will weaken tonight into Tue. High pressure will rebuild
NW of the area Thu into Fri, then weaken Fri night as a cold
front approaches the region. The front will weaken over the
waters Sat, and will dissipate Sat night.
